Customer Service

The main issue we had at Black Lotus Casino was getting information from Customer Service. The one time we contacted Black Lotus’ customer service we had to contact them a couple times since the queue was taking awhile.

Once they answered, the responses to questions were usually slow. It felt as if they were juggling multiple requests at once. It is possible we contacted them on a busy day, but the response time between questions was definitely noticeably long compared to other online customer services.

Besides length in time response, we had issue with them answering questions in details. Even though they spent time looking up details about bonus terms, we had to drill down to specific questions.

You will most likely only have to deal with customer service a couple of times, so don’t let this dissuade you from using Black Lotus since the rest of our experience was definitely worth the time.
